Mexico City, Mexico. The Nahuatl Brothers, Surge this project about 6 years ago with the aim of translating ideas about what happens to us, we think, feel and we want every day, Through our music, the Reggae. We are a band of 11 musicians, several of whom have played in various bands on the national reggae scene throughout our career, getting together now to create this new proposal for the people and working towards being one of the best bands reggae. Our music is characterized by its own fresh sound, which mixes different musical influences from the OneDrop, ragga, dub, rockers, to merge with elements of hip-hop and drum & bass. With songs that speak of what we live day by day, as is peace and respect between us, rebellion, love, unity, etc. In March 2008 we started recording our first disco-graphic album which was consolidated in October. The album is called "Invisible" and we have been presenting since then, leading an excellent response from people, and presenting in more and more places both the capital and in the Republic. Throughout our journey we have participated in various presentations, forums, cultural events, radio stations, festivals, reggae, etc, and within this space we shared the stage with many national bands. Our goal is to reach the hearts of all people, and spread them a message of unity and love.
